Q: Do I need to provide a water source? What about electricity?
A: Yes, we require your water source.
Electricity is preferred, and not required.
As you call or schedule online, let us know the location of your outdoor hose spigot and any available exterior electrical outlets.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
We may have our schedule booked. In that case, please schedule your cleaning for the next best time. Call or email us with any questions.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: No. As long as water is available for cleaning the trash bin, you're all set.
Q: How long does the cleaning take?
A: 30 minutes
Q: Does my bin have to be empty and cleared of trash?
A: Nope! We've got you covered! As long as there's no hazardous waste and your bin is available to the serviceman, we'll proceed with the cleaning.
Q: How do you operate in inclement weather?
A. BinClean will operate as long as temperatures are above freezing (32°F), and as long as we're clear of storms and heavy rain.
Q: What kind of pressure washers do you have?
A: I use an electric Ryobi 1900 psi washer rated at 1.2 GPM (gallons per minute). I also have a battery powered Aihand 970 psi washer with a brushless motor rated at 3.5 GPM.
Q: Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
A: Yes we use Simple Green Industrial Cleaner and Degreaser, Simple Green Car Wash, and 3% hydrogen peroxide to completely clean and sanitize your trash bin. These products are non-toxic, biodegradable, and phosphate free.
